I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The staff were spot on with my needs, and the room, though small, was cozy and comfortable. I didn't mind the lack of air conditioning as there was a fan provided, which kept the room cool. The parking was easy and ample, with a gate for security. The location was not far from the center, and I found it to be a somewhat walkable neighborhood with a couple of good restaurants just 8 minutes away. The breakfast was awesome, with options catering to dietary needs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

My xmas stay was a bit of a disappointment. The room was not properly maintained, with a dirty bathroom and stained linens.
